Yes, absolutely! When you place your order, please specify to your cashier that you would like to omit specific ingredients from your order.

Our nutritional page will provide basic nutritional breakdown of our menu items. If you have specific questions, please feel free to contact us and we will try to answer your questions to the best of our ability.

Where can I find recipes for my favorite Baja Fresh menu items?
Baja Fresh recipes are proprietary information and are not available to the public. However, you may find our regular and party pack menus at Fresh Food. The menu page will provide you with a basic ingredient breakdown of our main entrées.

I would like to cater a large party. What do you suggest?
We have a great variety of Party Packs that are perfect for your next large party. Visit our Party Planner and think of Baja Fresh for your next event.

How can I contact Baja Fresh about my dining experience?
We are only as good as your last dining experience and want to hear from you. Please take a moment and fill out our Online Customer Comment Card. Did we fail to meet or far exceed your expectations? How do I purchase Carta Baja™ Gift Cards?
You may purchase Carta Baja™ Gift Cards online with your debit/credit card OR at any participating Baja Fresh® location with cash or your debit/credit card.

How do I check the balance on my Carta Baja™?
You may verify your card balance online or request a balance inquiry at any participating Baja Fresh® location.

Can I still redeem Baja Fresh Gift Certificates?
Yes. Baja Fresh® Gift certificates are still accepted at all Baja Fresh® locations. However, the Gift Certificates are no longer available for purchase.

What do I do if my Carta Baja™ is lost or stolen?
The Carta Baja™ card will not be replaced if lost or stolen. A loaded Carta Baja™ card is same as cash. Please keep your card in a safe place.

Where can I use my Carta Baja™?
The Carta Baja™ card is accepted at any participating Baja Fresh® location. Click here to find the location nearest you.

How do I reload my Carta Baja™?
Used up the balance on your Carta Baja™? Reload your card at any participating Baja Fresh® location. Reload and reuse your card, again and again!
