Welcome to the Baja Fresh® Rewards Program

Attention: The Rewards program test will end on April 30, 2008. The program was implemented as a test in the Arizona, Nevada and Tennessee markets and based on our reward members feedback and program difficulties a decision has been made to terminate the test. Email notifications of redemptions have been sent to active reward card members who have a balance of 100 points or more and who have accrued points within the last 30 days, rewards money will be automatically transferred to members card. Any remaining points will expire on April 30, 2008, and the Baja Fresh Rewards Card will end.

Carta Baja™ Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Carta Baja™ Rewards points are awarded for Dine In or Take Out purchases. Points will not be awarded for taxes, discounts, Baja Fresh® offers, alcohol and gratuities.
  2. Points may be earned at participating Baja Fresh® Mexican Grill restaurants.
  3. Card must be presented to earn points at the time of purchase. Restaurants are not permitted to add points to a member's account for prior visits.
  4. A minimum of 100 points is needed to redeem.
  5. Address information is collected for fulfillment purposes only and is not linked to the customer profile of your Carta Baja™ Rewards account.
  6. Rewards points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. This card is used as a method of rewarding you for your patronage and can also be used as a gift card.
  7. Members may not combine points.
  8. Rewards points will expire within 60 days if the card that has been issued the points is not enrolled in the Carta Baja™ Rewards Program.
  9. No purchase necessary to receive a Carta Baja™ Rewards membership card, but it is required to earn Rewards points. Any tax liabilities associated with redemption of an award are the responsibility of the cardholder.
  10. By enrolling in the Carta Baja™ Rewards program, members are granting Baja Fresh® permission to contact them with periodic program updates, announcements and promotions. You may elect not to receive such materials by contacting us as provided below.
  11. Carta Baja™ Rewards points held in an account with no activity for 12 months will expire. Expired points will not be transferred.
  12. Members must be 18 years of age or older.
  13. Baja Fresh® Mexican Grill reserves the right to change or discontinue this program at any time, in whole or in part, with or without notice. The accumulation of points does not entitle program members to any vested rights with the respect to awards or program benefits.
  14. Baja Fresh® Mexican Grill reserves the right to refuse award program benefits to anyone who has wrongfully earned points through deception, forgery or other abuses of the program
  15. The value on your card will not be replaced it the card is lost, stolen or destroyed.
  16. You acknowledge that you are voluntarily submitting your personal information in order to participate in the Carta Baja™ Rewards Program. You understand the information may be shared within the Baja Fresh® organization, which includes its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries and franchisees. In addition, Baja Fresh® may engage companies to perform a variety of functions such as fulfillment, award redemption or customer service.
