08/10/23 - This is a great Baja fresh to eat at whether you get food to go or eat there at the restaurant. Atmosphere is actually pretty upscale compared to other restaurants and the food itself has always been very good. I like a good burrito or taco combo plate with a fountain drink. Parking is usually pretty available in this lot and the staff has always been friendly when I visit.

04/20/23 - I got to shout-out Steven at the Mission Viejo location! He made a nice attempt to pronounce my name (which many can’t get right) and was very courteous in his service. He checked in on patrons to see if their food was good, which was appreciated. Food was made fast and tasted delicious! Bathrooms and dining area were clean overall, which is always great, as I’ve been to other Baja Fresh locations where that wasn’t the case. Can’t wait to be back!
