03/11/23 - Had an exceptional experience at Baja Fresh Mexican Grill, Seal Beach, LA right off 405 exit 22. The food was delicious and service was exceptional, and atmosphere inviting.

Me and my family of 5 were in mood for classic Mexican dishes and ordered tacos, burritos, and quesadillas plus signature Baja Bowl & Baja Ensalada.

I happened to talk with manager Adolfo and he told me one of the things that sets Baja Fresh apart is the quality of their ingredients. They don’t have any freezers in store. All of their meals are made fresh to order, so you know you're getting the freshest and most flavorful food possible. The variety of flavors and textures in each dish is truly impressive, making every bite a delight.
