06/16/23 - Thank goodness they survived the lock down and shakey economy and remain in business. Although their prices have gone up like everyplace and everything else they are still a bargain because the portions for a burrito are gigantic . Everything was fresh as usual and delicious . I choose chicken in my burrito this time and had the Mexicano variety with pintos and they do not skimp on chicken. Huge chunks of seasoned white meat ,tender,moist and delicious along with all the other yummy fillings they include this item. The only thing I miss is the fresh salsa and condiments bar that COVID put an end to. I loved all the freshly made toppings but they have redirected as best they can and put some things on during the prep process. The atmosphere was four stars only because they are currently under construction. I love this kind of meal so Baja fresh is always my pick for a meal whenever I'm in an area that has one.
