05/25/23 - I haven't seen a Baja Fresh this clean and inviting since the 1990s! Am hopeful this will mark a resurgence of the brand (since most of their restaurants in my area have closed down). The food was just as good as I remembered it, with a fantastic salsa bar and friendly employees.

12/20/22 - This is now my Favorite Cheese Quesadilla. It is skillfully prepared by Chef Felipe. Sooooo Delicious! The manager, Jaime, makes sure that all orders are perfect! When in Simi Valley, be sure to go to this Baja Fresh!
